The ability to order a custom-designed sweatshirt is what makes Magill different than most retailers out there. Instead of producing one designed sweatshirt that you can buy, you actually get to jump in as designer and create the style that you’d like.

This customization opportunity makes your sweatshirt unique to you, a garment that can commemorate a special time, place or person in your life. The ability to make a sweatshirt personalized is also what makes it a great gift. Let’s break down all the different ways you can customize your sweatshirt and what the process looks like.

Step 1: Select the Sweatshirt Base

Head first to our “Custom Sweatshirts” page, here you’ll find all the different styles that can be customized. You can filter on the left side if you’re looking for a specific style or color. Note that you’ll only be able to get multiple colors or rainbow text on the sweatshirts that have that style of lettering in the description and photo. All other sweatshirts will only come with one color of text.

Step 2: Pick Your Size/Fit

Some of our sweatshirts come with a cropped or regular length version. Sizing information is included within the product images to give you an idea of which fit or size is best for you. When in doubt, size up as sweatshirts can shrink and it’s always better to have a sweatshirt with a little bit of cozy extra room than being too tight (in our opinion at least!)

Step 3: Customization

Once you’re on the product page of the sweatshirt you’d like, use the boxes and drop-down menus on the right side to pick your options. Text colors can be found in the product images, include the name of the color you’d like in the corresponding box. Desired text and placement can also be selected. Note that some text phrases that are longer many require the curved placement (and two lines) in order to fit on the sweatshirt. If you have any specific notes or comments you can include that in the “Customer Notes” section.

Step 4: Order and Wait for the Magic to Arrive

Now that you’ve customized your design you can proceed to check out. If there are any questions about your order we will reach out via email (so keep on eye on your inbox). You can expect to receive your custom sweatshirt in about 2-3 weeks!
